Job description
- Association management in the field of sustainability:
- internal secretariat coordination;
- liaison with association leaders;
- meeting organisation, attendance, facilitation and follow-up;
- support to overall association’s programme management and working group coordination
- Contribute to client meetings and internal project management meetings;
- Research various topics and analyse the impact on clients’ business;
The successful candidate
- One year of professional experience (working with or for an industry association is a plus;
- Intellectual curiosity, ability and will to dive into technical topics;
- Project management skills (organised, eye for detail, ability to meet deadlines);
- Team player, proactive and willing to take responsibility;
- Research skills, ability to synthesize information and extract key messages;
- Excellent written and oral communication in English is mandatory (English native speaker or equivalent level), other EU language(s) is /are a plus;
- You are eligible to work in the EU;
