In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.About this teamThe Global Sports Marketing team is responsible for the creation and execution of the Global Sports Marketing strategy in parallel with brand imperatives, which is comprised of athletes, city, and store ambassador programs. We work highly cross-functional with regional and business partners to help solidify lululemon’s position as a leader in the sports marketing space and drive overall brand awareness and consideration.A day in the life:As a self-started who enjoys working in a high-paced environment, you are the day-to-day point of contact for lululemon ambassadors. You work cross functionally to build and execute athlete marketing plans, ensure athletes have the right product at the right time, manage athlete travel & calendars, and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners agents, athletes, & producers to bring relationships to life.

• Read, understand and negotiate contracts
• Manage challenging conversations with clarity, honesty and kindness
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Must be okay with travel up to 50% of the time for events, productions, and meetings.

Qualifications:

• 6+ Years experience working directly with athletes at a global brand, with a proven track record of successful partnerships.
• Strong network of athletes, agents, and sports industry insiders.
• Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft office & Keynote.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns.

Immigration support is potentially available for this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 – $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
