Automation Technician in Bardstown, Kentucky

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all automation and mechanical equipment for consistent production.
2. Program, design and run diagnostics on robots.
3. Maintain programs, drawings, schematics, cables, etc. relative to automation.
4. Gather quotes on labor and materials for work performed by outside contractors with regards to new projects.
5. Continuously improve, design and build tools and equipment needed to maintain a safe and efficient working atmosphere.
6. Train co-workers on new or modified EOAT’s and programming; provide leadership to all shifts regarding issues with automation.

Education/Certification

High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

Level Required

2-5 years of relevant work experience
