About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Behaviour Change Team, for you to influence change
across London, by promoting, enabling and empowering people to walk and cycle, creating
healthier and happier communities.

As a Behaviour Change Officer, you will be working with community hubs, schools, universities
and workplaces, where you will collaborate with stakeholders to secure and develop projects,
responding to the needs of a diverse range of Londoners.

You will be engaging with communities, delivering tailored activities, resources and training,
such as guided cycle rides and walks from schools and organising learn to cycle sessions. 

This role will require travel and work across London as necessary to undertake projects on
behalf of Sustrans. In addition, we offer hybrid working, a flexible mix of working from home
and occasional travel to a nearby office hub in Bethnal Green, London.

About you

With the ability to build relationships with ease and engage with diverse communities, you will
be comfortable with planning events, as well as leading and delivering group workshops to these
communities.

As someone who is comfortable multitasking, you will be able to deliver various projects with
competing priorities, whilst solving problems proactively.

You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to write and compile progress
reports and presentations for project funders.
