A secondary school in Southwark is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students facing behavioural challenges.Position: Behaviour Support Assistant
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: SouthwarkSchool Information:
The school prides itself on its pastoral care, working closely with students to help them overcome barriers to learning.Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support for students with behavioural difficulties.
• Assist in developing behaviour intervention plans.
• Work with teachers to manage classroom behaviour.
• Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in behaviour management.
• Strong communication skills and a calm approach.
• A clear DBS check.
