If you have experience in managing pupil behavior and knowledge of the National Curriculum and Schemes of Work in Literacy and Numeracy, we want to hear from you!What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupil progress through effective management of students who may be in internal exclusion.
• Implement planned interventions to address behavioral issues and promote positive behavior.
• Work closely with teachers to support students’ learning in accordance with the National Curriculum.
• Develop and deliver targeted support in Literacy and Numeracy to help students meet academic goals.
• Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback and recommendations for further support.
• Create and maintain a safe and inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in behavior management and supporting pupil progress.
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum and Schemes of Work in Literacy and Numeracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students’ academic and behavioral needs.
• Experience in planning and implementing effective interventions to address behavioral issues.
