1303769154Academic Appointments are looking for individuals who have experience of working with children with challenging behaviour to work in a Secondary ‘Good’ rated Bradford Academy. The role is to stat ASAP until July 2025.As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be required to work with pupils on a individual basis and small groups. You will be required to support pupils with a range of abilities and support the class teacher, in particular as a behaviour support worker you will work with those children who display challenging behaviours.Requirements

• Ability to work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Previous experience of working with challenging behaviour
• 2x references
• A valid DBS or willing to obtain
