1427882039Currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker/Learning Support Assistant to work on a Long term assignment within a KS4 SEND School in the Wakefield area.This particular School is looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Worker ideally with an interest in Sports, to assist with Physical education lessons. The students in the PRU have been identified with Emotional, Social, Behavioural or Mental Health issues students may also have a Moderate Learning Difficulty such as Autism, ADHD or OCD.The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working effectively with secondary ages pupils
• A clear understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings
• Ability to build effective relationships with the Pupils
• A Keen interest in sport
• Experience in a PRU or with Challenging behaviour
