We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.I’m currently looking for a BI Analyst for my client in the east end of Montreal. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode.The Data Analyst collects data on sales operations and analyzes the data to identify problems and take corrective action.Responsibilities:
– Work closely with business analysts and managers to create dashboards and reports.
– Act as the customer’s representative in the delivery and completion of projects;
– Perform various complex analyses to determine current customer/product profitability;
– Contribute to the execution of the organization’s strategic plan according to established priorities;
– Connect external competitive data and enable business benchmarking;
– Continuously seek to improve current reporting concepts and practices;
– Produce executive presentations for the various projects he accompanies;– College or university degree in a business or technology-related field
– Minimum 6 years’ experience in data analysis
– Excellent knowledge of BI concepts and proficiency with Microsoft Power BI
– Experience with Snowflake
– Knowledge and experience with programming languages (SQL)
– Curious and self-taught, approaching technical challenges with open-mindedness and innovation
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you learn quickly and manage multiple activities together;
– Ability to find creative solutions, is adept at communicating and popularizing concepts
