Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for two Bilingual Call Center Agents for a client in the Omaha area.

Bilingual Call Center Agent Job Duties:

Review and respond to customer requests
Speak with customers over the phone and email to support our pet clinics
Log all interactions in an online system
Escalate unresolved issues to designated lead or manager when indicated
Generate various reports
Assign and mail product
General clerical functions including filing, faxing, and mailing records
Other duties or functions as required

What we are looking for in a Bilingual Call Center Agent:

High school diploma or GED
More than one year in customer service experience
More than one year as an agent in a consumer call center
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
Ability to multi-task while handling phone calls, emails, and customer complaints

Hours:

Monday-Friday

8AM-5PM
