Bilingual Call Center Rep Mon-Fri 8a-5p

Located in Indianapolis, IN

WORK FROM HOME JOB!! MUST live in Indiana.

Bilingual Call Center Representatives needed for company on the NW side of Indianapolis. You must be able to train on site in Indianapolis for 2-3 days of training.

Job Summary:

Receive inbound calls from patients in Spanish or French
Speak fluently in French or Spanish AND English
Verify if an item is recalled
Gather information from caller and enter into web site
Give confirmation number back to patient
Training is in the office for 2-3 days

Location: West Indianapolis, IN.

Position Type: Project oriented. Temporary position with the possibility to move to another project.

Pay: $19.00/hr.

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm; Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in French in English
Good customer service skills
Call center experience
Experience with disability claims is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office product
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
High school diploma
