We are a global team united by this purpose.Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.Bilingual Consumer Resource Specialist – About the roleThis position is FULLY REMOTE – must adhere to hours of 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Standard.Required to be bilingual in French and EnglishRenewable One Year Contract position.The role involves building and maintaining loyal and sustainable relationships with Enfamil’s consumers via Facebook, Instagram (other social platforms), Chat, Email, Online Store and Phone. Flexibility to adopt to different usage of technology tools and change in processes required. Handling consumer questions and complaints with professionalism and integrity as well as promoting continuous learning and collaboration within the CRC team is a large part of this role.Our Call Centers are open Monday through Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm with occasional overtime required. You’ll have standard hours to help manage that work/life balance – no shift work here!Your responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze and take appropriate action to respond and resolve consumer questions to ensure top-notch consumer experiences.
  • Probe consumers to identify opportunities to market other Reckitt products and to understand consumer behaviors.
  • Track detailed consumer information in our data systems to leverage CRC knowledge across organization.
  • Respect Reckitt policies, procedures and brand strategies.

The experience we’re looking for

  • You’re Bilingual (English/French) and have strong communication skills, both oral and written, in both official languages.
  • You have 2-3 years of call center or customer service experience.
  • You have undeniable drive, enthusiasm, and energy.
  • You’re always putting people and consumers first and have a passion for providing the best customer service.
  • You’re adaptable. You thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environments.
  • You’re tech savvy. We use several programs and we’re always looking at the next innovative technology that will help us better serve our consumers.
  • Post-Secondary Education is must. Bonus points for a degree in nursing, dietetics or nutrition.
