The role is focused on providing guidance to sellers to structure profitable deals and monitoring customer performance against program commitments. The Customer Lifecycle Project Manager (CLPM) is responsible for engaging and streamlining resources to support opportunity assessment, deal development, and compliance monitoring activities. These activities are focused around project management methodologies.
