We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our exceptional team as a full-time Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist. This is a Hybrid position and the salary is $44,353 annually. The schedule is from Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in providing respectful, accurate, and timely responses to incoming inquiries. If you’re passionate about assisting people, talented at problem-solving, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and French, we want you to be part of our dynamic team based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.Advantages

As a Hybrid Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
– Effectively troubleshooting and resolving telephone/email inquiries utilizing various systems and tools in a timely manner
– Providing accurate responses to both existing and new members while upholding the highest standards of customer service
– Actively engaging in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and professional developmentQualifications
To excel in this role as a Hybrid Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll need to possess:
– Excellent communication skills in English and French
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems
– Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make timely decisions through investigation
– Minimum high school education
– Solid computer and multitasking skills
– Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
– Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstancesSummary
