You’ll be the primary point of contact for our exclusive VIP accounts – a growing program that’s central to our company’s future. Here’s why you’ll love this role:

  • Be the go-to expert for high-value clients and strategic accounts, building strong, lasting relationships and offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Shape the future by being part of the VIP program and providing exceptional service and insights that drive growth and elevate the client experience.
  • Take ownership of client interactions by handling inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring that all underwriting standards and requirements are met with excellence.
  • Resolve challenges proactively, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing and resolving any product or service issues with creative, thoughtful solutions.
  • Leave your mark on our growing program by sharing insights and recommendations with leadership, making sure we continuously improve and provide world-class service.

QualificationsThe perfect candidate for this role is someone who’s passionate about making an impact and excited about the prospect of being part of something bigger. This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:

  • AMF license required.
  • RIBO license (or a commitment to obtain one).
  • Minimum of 3 years in personal lines automobile and property insurance.
  • Proficiency in French and English is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • A growth mindset and a desire to evolve your role as the VIP program expands.
