Job : Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Mississauga, ON Canada
Position: Permanent, hybrid remote work setting after trainingSalary: $60,000/year- $65,000/ year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Training: on the job training
Start Date: ASAPRole and Responsibilities:

  • Provides phone support to customers, ie. handles customer inquiries, follows up on all issues, resolves problems
  • Provides administrative support and coordinates the activities of the Sales Reps
  • Manages customer accounts and explores opportunities to increase revenue
  • Prepares, releases, and processes incoming capital and regular sales purchase orders
  • Completes necessary paperwork and prepares invoices
  • Coordinates estimate preparation, manages repair prioritization based on approval date
  • Acts as the key point of contact within the team for all work flow coordination
  • Analyzes and participates to the improvement of the department and company’s existing processes
  • Contributes to computer programs or internal infrastructure enhancements
  • Assesses all customer concerns for reportable Health Canada complaints, and escalates reportable complaints as necessary
  • Maintains complete knowledge of company products and services
  • Maintains customer confidence by keeping information confidential
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with employees from other departments, sales reps and management
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications – Education, Experience, Skills and Expertise

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal
  • High School diploma or vocational equivalent is required
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service within an inbound telephone environment, including process coordination role
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism in order to maintain an exceptional rapport with external and internal customers
  • Ability to focus on details, prioritize, organize, follow-up and multi-task
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with co-workers and to resolve conflicts and problems
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and conflicting priorities simultaneously
