Schedule: 8:00AM – 8:00PM EST (available during this time, hours will vary)
Salary – 46,000k – 54,000k Yearly** 3 week training is remote and from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm **Advantages

– You are expected to provide exceptional customer service experience to financial advisors, their support teams and investors.
– You can expect to receive inbound calls from financial or investment advisors in this role on a daily basis.
– You will need to support them on their customers’ RRSP investment accounts.
– You will have to work closely with the finance advisors to help them in educating and planning their short term and long term investment strategies.Qualifications
– Excellent English and French communication skills
– College diploma or University degree is required
– Strong computer/keyboarding skills
– Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required
– Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
– Asset if you have experience in the financial industrySummary
