Monday – Friday
8:00AM – 8:00PMSalary – 46,000k – 54,000k YearlyAdvantages

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Advisor Service center representative includes (but are not limited to):– Complete Inbound calls
– Handle calls in English and French language
– Provide support for investment accounts
– Provide an excellent customer service experience & promote a
positive company reputationQualifications
– Excellent English and French communication skills
– Strong computer/keyboarding skills
– Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required
– Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
– Asset if you have experience in the financial industrySummary

– communicate with English-speaking clients located outside Quebec on a daily basis
