Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Amherst, Massachusetts

Description We are in search of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team located in Amherst, Massachusetts. The role primarily consists of answering inbound calls, providing top-notch customer service, and performing data entry tasks in a call center environment. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Provide exceptional call center customer service

• Accurately enter customer data and order details

• Maintain up-to-date customer records

• Respond to customer inquiries via email correspondence

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Schedule appointments as per customer requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in two languages

• Experience in answering inbound calls

• Familiarity with call center customer service operations

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks

• Proficiency in email correspondence

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry processes
