Bilingual customer service representative in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Description

We are in search of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida location. This role operates within the business industry and involves providing top-notch customer service in a call center environment. You will be handling customer inquiries, analyzing their accounts, and providing payment information. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Bilingual – Spanish!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

• Analyze customer accounts to provide accurate and relevant information

• Process customer credit applications with attention to detail and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheets to organize and manage customer data

• Provide administrative assistance as needed, including filing and scanning tasks

• Work in a call center environment, handling large volumes of calls daily

• Use your bilingual skills to assist a diverse range of customers

• Use data entry skills to record customer interactions and details of inquiries, comments, or complaints

• Continuously monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and another language

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work efficiently with Spreadsheets

• Experience in Administrative Assistance

• Knowledge of Filing procedures and systems

• Experience in Scanning documents

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem solving and decision making skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively

• Demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
