Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Knoxville, Tennessee

Description

Robert Half is hiring for on -going skilled and client-focused Bilingual Customer Care Representatives to enhance our dedicated customer service team.

As a member of this role, you’ll be our customers’ first line of communication, promptly and professionally addressing and resolving their queries.

Your primary responsibility will be to uphold customer satisfaction, establish positive customer relationships, and deliver superior service quality.

You will be provided with training, including AST training and new employee orientation, to familiarize you with processes, procedures, and products.

Requirements

· Proficiency in Spanish is a must.

· A minimum of 6 months experience in a Call Center Representative or Customer Service role is needed.

· Those with experience in the travel or hospitality industry will also be considered.

· A High School Diploma or its equivalent is required for this position.
