Description We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at our location in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. This role is a vital part of our team, focusing on delivering customer service in a non-public setting. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be tasked with answering calls, scheduling client appointments, and managing client data. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
• Arrange appointments for clients to collect food donations.
• Collect and document new client information accurately.
• Utilize a database system to monitor client interactions and appointments.
• Transport groceries to specified areas within the office.
• Use word processing and spreadsheet software to manage and organize data.
• Offer translation services when required, using Spanish language skills. Requirements • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is necessary as the role involves a significant amount of translation and communication in both languages.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, is required.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Should be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a higher degree or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
