Bilingual Customer Service Representative in San Diego, California

Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented and bilingual individual for the role of Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should be a fluent speaker of English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

• Provide information about products or services, take orders, and handle customer complaints.

• Translate customer service information into the Spanish for specific client requests.

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.

• Document and update customer records based on interactions.

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

  Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Proven customer support experience in a call center is preferred.
