Our client is a customer-focused organization dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team and provide outstanding support to a diverse clientele in a fast-paced environment.
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Data Entry: Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system with a high degree of accuracy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Upselling and Retention: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to share with management for service improvement.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Spanish is required (spoken and written).
Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus
