Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with clients in both Chinese and English, maintaining professionalism and clarity.

• Assist customers with product information, sales inquiries, and order processing.

• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.

• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls from customers.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client relations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required for effective communication.

• Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Familiarity with office environments and standard office equipment.

• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
