Robert Half is currently in search of a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join the dynamic team at an insurance company in West Des Moines, Ia. The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing customer interactions in both English and Spanish, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish

• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

• Generate sales leads and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and managing files.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the designated team / department.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
