Description:
The CSR takes inbound calls from customers and coordinates with the Dispatch and Scheduling teams to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manager and customer satisfaction remains high.
Customer relations and order taking.
60 – 80 calls/day
Monitoring the activity of drivers
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish) required
Previous CSR experience (2 years)
Previous Call Center experience (2 years)
Schedule: M-F 8:30-5pm with a half hour lunch.
Pay: $22 – $25
