We are currently seeking a passionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative – French Canadian to join our dynamic team.In this position, you will leverage your bilingual skills to provide exceptional service and support to our French Canadian clients, ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience with our products and services.Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries in both French Canadian and English.
• Resolve customer issues effectively while delivering outstanding service.
• Provide accurate product information and guidance tailored to customer needs.
• Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French Canadian and English is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Problem-solving ability with a keen attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering superb customer experiences.
