Job Description:
- Call center environment.
- First point of contact for customer inquires.
- Answering a multi-line telephone system
- Providing step by step guidance to problems or situation
- Deescalating situations
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French/English
- Ability to fluently write in both languages
- Previous experience in a customer support or call center role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Customer Focused
- Ability to multitask
Requirements:
- Ability to work anywhere from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday
- Availability for training sessions (Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm for 3 weeks)
- Clear criminal record required
- Ability to provide an original copy of a security clearance (fingerprints) on your first day
- Parking is limited, so transit is encouraged
