We’re hiring a Bilingual Inside Gross sales/Buyer Service Consultant for our consumer in St. Catharines!

Duties:

• Focus will probably be on preserving prospects and gross sales representatives knowledgeable on present and new merchandise, companies and offers.

• Solutions inbound product and repair questions from varied channels (emails, cellphone calls, social media and many others).

• Frequently follows up with prospects concerning quotes/estimates.

• Coordinate product pattern and deliverables to multiline gross sales representatives.

• Potential to go to with present and potential prospects and attend business commerce reveals.

• Keep on high of business traits to establish potential alternatives for firm progress.

{Qualifications}:

· Outgoing, pleasant persona with good vocal acumen

· A self-starter with robust communication expertise

· Proficiency in Microsoft Workplace

· Bilingualism (English and French) an asset

· Expertise within the print/promotional product business an asset

· Expertise with cellphone calling campaigns and gross sales an asset

· Expertise in a name heart an asset

Beginning date: April

Wage: $23/hour

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
