MadWall has immediate openings for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative position in Burlington.Start Date: ASAPShift & Wage –Days: Monday to FridayHours: 7:00am to 3:30pmWage: $16-18$125.00 Hiring Bonus, please ask our recruiters for more detail.Full Time Monday to FridayResponsibilities:

• Determines/understands customer equipment needs through questioning and qualifying
• Negotiates price and volume of original orders by maximizing rate and volume
• Stacking and Packaging
• Processing Orders
• Administers rental contracts (new and existing) including on and off rental dates, filing of contracts and related paperwork, and checking invoices and credit memos against contract files
• Handles customer complaints in a professional manner
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Customer Service
• Fluent in English and French oral and written
• Able to lift up to 35 Lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive work
