Job Description:Conseiller en ventes, Solutions, Ventes internes (bilingue : français et anglais)Le conseiller en ventes, Solutions, Ventes internes, vend des solutions et des services axés sur l’équipement aux comptes de petites et moyennes entreprises. Le titulaire de ce poste doit favoriser les revenus des ventes au moyen de pistes générées à l’avance, faire croître la base de clients actuels (ventes croisées) ainsi que pénétrer les comptes ZBA, c’est-à-dire, les comptes n’ayant aucune affiliation à Ricoh.Tâches et responsabilités

  • Atteindre ou surpasser les objectifs de revenu des ventes lui étant assignés;
  • Maintenir et élargir le portefeuille du client lui étant assigné par l’entretien des relations d’affaires, en se présentant à titre de conseiller de confiance et de partenaire stratégique;
  • Préparer des présentations et des propositions d’affaires, pour les clients, qui correspondent à la proposition de valeur de Ricoh;
  • Personnaliser les produits et les services selon la proposition de valeur du client;
  • Passer en revue les pistes de ventes et découvrir de nouvelles occasions tout au long du cycle de vente;
  • Fournir régulièrement des mises à jour et des rapports sur la progression au directeur des ventes;
  • Faire appel aux principaux systèmes de ventes et de ressources, y compris, Salesforce (SFDC), Hoover, Power BI et LinkedIn;
  • Rester au courant des nouveaux produits et services, des nouveaux plans de tarification et paiement et des tendances de l’industrie;
  • Faire appel aux ressources de soutien, au besoin, pour résoudre des problèmes;
  • Établir les priorités et gérer de multiples projets tout en atteignant les objectifs;
  • Participer, contribuer et se tenir responsable du succès global de l’équipe;
  • Effectuer d’autres tâches, telles qu’assignées par son superviseur.

Qualifications :

  • Requis : 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en ventes directes dans un environnement de ventes interentreprises (B2B);
  • Atout : expérience dans un rôle de ventes internes;
  • Atout : expérience dans les secteurs des technologies, de l’équipement et des technologies de l’information;
  • Atout : diplôme en marketing, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe;

  • Parfaitement bilingue (en français et en anglais);
  • Fortes aptitudes interpersonnelles et en communication; capacité d’établir rapidement des relations d’affaires avec les clients et les intervenants, en personne et virtuellement;
  • Grand sens des affaires; capacité à interpréter et à transmettre efficacement des renseignements d’affaires pour identifier les occasions de développement d’affaires possibles;
  • Excellentes compétences de négociation; capacité à influencer, à répondre aux objections et à résoudre les problèmes de manière stratégique;
  • Fortes aptitudes en présentation; capacité de créer et de raconter des récits attrayants;
  • Aisance dans le domaine technique, notamment par la connaissance pratique des applications d’affaires (p. ex. : MS Office), des outils de gestion des relations avec les clients (p. ex. : Salesforces) et d’autres outils de recherche;
  • Bon esprit d’analyse; capacité de comprendre et de donner du sens aux chiffres et aux données;
  • Grand sens de responsabilisation et de motivation à l’égard du succès;
  • Compétences en matière de gestion du temps et d’établissement des priorités

Bilingual (French and English) Solutions Sales Consultant, Inside SalesThe Solutions Sales Consultant, Inside Sales, markets hardware-focused solutions and services to targeted small and medium sized corporate accounts. The role is mandated to drive sales revenue by converting pre-generated leads, growing existing customer base (cross-selling) as well as penetrating Zero Based Accounts (ZBA).Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue targets
  • Maintain and expand assigned customer portfolio by nurturing business relationships as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Prepare customer presentations and business proposals that align to Ricoh’s value proposition
  • Customize product and service solutions based on customer value proposition
  • Review sales leads and uncover opportunities throughout sales cycles
  • Provide sales updates and progress reports to Sales Manager with regular cadence
  • Utilize core Sales systems and resources including Salesforce (SFDC), Hoover, Power BI, LinkedIn
  • Stay up to date with industry knowledge and trends including new products, services and pricing/payment plans
  • Engage support resources as needed to problem solve enroute to resolution
  • Prioritize and manage multiple deliverables while achieving objectives
  • Participate, contribute and own overall team success
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

  • Required: 1-3 years of direct sales experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) context
  • Preferred: Prior experience in Inside Sales roles
  • Preferred: Prior experience in Technology, Hardware, Information Technology sectors
  • Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Skills:

  • Must be fluently bilingual in French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to quickly develop business relationships with both customers and stakeholders virtually or in-person
  • Strong business acumen; ability to effectively interpret and transmute business information to potential development opportunities
  • Proficient negotiation skills; ability to tactfully influence, handle objections and problem solve
  • Seasoned presentation skills; ability to create and tell compiling stories
  • Robust technical fluency; with working knowledge of business applications (e.g. MS Office), Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g. Salesforce) and other research tools
  • Sound analytical mindset; ability to understand and make meaning of numbers and data
  • High degree of self-accountability and drive for success
  • Time management and prioritization skills
