You will be responsible for a variety of pension calculations and administrative projects such as Pension Indexation, Pension Adjustments, Valuation Data Extracts and Annual Statements.What you’ll doLeverage our in-house industry leading proprietary administration system and pension databases to perform data reconciliations, contribution reconciliations, and benefit calculationsProvide response to routine plan enquiries and requests from clients and plan membersSupport the preparation of year-end annual pension statementsWork within a collaborative team taking direction from and supporting senior team members with the goal of providing quality client-focused administrative services for our Corporate clientsEnhance your industry knowledge by attending internal training sessionsAssist with special projects and tasks, as requiredYou have…Bilingual (English and French) written and oral communicationsRecent new grad with a College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics or a related fieldWhat you bring…Strong analytical and mathematical skillsSolid oral and written communication skillsProven customer service experienceExcellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a team as well as independentlyStrong interest in problem solving and the acquisition of knowledgeNice to HaveCourses in Pension AdministrationA bit about usWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
