Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Deep understanding of the Quebec marketplace specifically around cloud adoption and transformationDemonstrated ability to meet with executive level customer contacts (business and technical) to drive conversations around key business initiatives and priorities and how they can be accelerated and/or achieved with cloud technologies/architecturesA clear understanding of cloud capabilities and how they interact with existing on premises and hybrid cloud environmentsAn ability to synthesize industry specific challenges with cloud solutions having worked with multiple industry sectors and solution providers in a consulting capacityCollaborate with cross functional team members to develop and propose to potential customers technical cloud-based solutions including SOW’sGathering and assessing client requirements, and translating these into solution requirements and designDevelop reference architectures and best practice approaches to optimize clients’ cloud adoption, application performance, security, and cost modelsProvide technical and go to market leadership focused on asset driven cloud-based solutions and services, collaborate and lead development focused of cloud-based solution assets and assist in bringing them marketHelp others think critically and educate non-technical audiences and stakeholders on complex technical solutions both orally and in writingBe an active member in the technology community, provide thought leadership and mentorship, share your knowledge and expertiseCollaborate with senior leadership to define, develop and implement the strategic direction and focus on emerging enterprise cloud servicesContinue to advance your skills, knowledge and network related to your capacity, ideally in finance, retail, telco, government or public sector organizationsDemonstrated experience in cloud architecture and business applications, project execution, practice management and an understand of software developmentExtensive experience in development and execution of cloud-based programs working across functional teams including Enterprise Architecture, Data Technology, Business / Corporate application owners and stewards, Governance and Management CoEsExperience in a technical leadership capacity to implement and scale cloud-based projects with a specific focus on the following:Cloud technology architectures and solution options aligned to technology strategy and cloud infrastructure use cases, including hybrid cloud and deployment options (PaaS, IaaS, etc)Change management practices including organizational models, roles / responsibilities and technology tooling and automationApplication modernization strategies and toolingUnderstanding of solution architecture, API lifecycle, technical documentation, including logical and physical architecture, and systems design artifactsSolid executive level communications skills with prior working experience in a consulting environmentExperience delivering in waterfall, scrum, agile, and other methodologiesGood oral and written communication skills, including developing business presentations, technical writing and facilitating data driven options analysis, senior level stakeholder discussions with an ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the businessThe successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the
