BILINGUAL SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN Aversan Inc. ( ) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Bilingual Service Desk Technician to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.Location: St. Laurent, QC (Fully on-site)RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 2nd level end-user onsite support
- Receiving, Updating, Closing Service desk tickets.
- Imaging and deploying new computers.
- Perform and support software installations.
- Troubleshooting Computer and Network Issues
- Cell phone and landline configuration.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree not required, but more focused on hands-on experience with Networking, Troubleshooting, ticketing system.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing IT Helpdesk position.
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 2016, Active Directory 2012/2016.
- Familiar with a Ticketing System to open and close requests.
- Bilingualism is required: English and French.
