We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in the transport industry, located in Mississauga, Ontario. This role involves managing customer billing, payroll functions, and data analysis in a high-volume environment.Responsibilities:

• Accurate entry and processing of customer billing information
• Management of driver payroll functions
• Detailed analysis and interpretation of driver timesheets for accurate invoicing
• Familiarity with transport equipment and language for effective data entry
• Maintenance of customer records and accounts
• Resolution of customer inquiries related to billing and payroll
• Proficient use of MS Excel for data management and analysis
• Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and guidelines.
• Proficiency in billing operations and understanding of the transport industry
• Demonstrated experience with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with payroll functions and related software
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to work independently and in a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and reliability
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Finance or related field will be a plus.
