The Role
Are you passionate about developing a brand and helping drive engagement? If so we are looking for a brand expert to help us develop, oversee and execute our engagement strategy.
This is a new role within our team, and you will be responsible for helping to ensure that the Brooke brand is understood and loved both internally and externally. You will have the chance to work with colleagues across the charity ensuring that all customer-centric activities are on-brand, and you will make key strategic decisions on the scheduling of all comms. drawing on the latest data and insights, you will help maximise the impact of everything our public audience sees, championing the brand all the way.
We are investing in this role because we see it as key to the delivery of our 5-year plan. Responsible for three direct reports, across media, digital platforms and design, this is an exciting and varied role perfect for an experienced manager with ambition to help their team thrive.

About you
You will be a confident and strategic manager, with a positive, forward-thinking and big-picture perspective and an awareness of emerging external trends. You will have experience of managing complex issues, remaining calm under pressure when handling several competing priorities. You will deploy excellent communication skills when helping different teams maintain brand discipline while managing their own busy workloads. Working both independently and with colleagues, and relying on your extensive experience, you will deliver on large-scale cross-team projects.
