Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for marketing, a strong drive to generate organic traffic and increase Vention’s brand awareness. The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing email marketing campaigns, coordinating social media activities, supporting webinar preparations, crafting compelling business cases, coordinating translations, and overseeing SEO content review.Responsibilities:Email marketing management:Oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including weekly emails and automated series.Manage the email marketing platform and act as the owner of all things email at Vention.Develop strategies to increase engagement through email channels.Monitor and analyze campaign performance.Social media coordination:Collaborate with the brand manager to determine content themes and strategies for social media platforms.Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to create assets for social media posts.Schedule and post content on various social media channels.Analyze performance and make recommendations also based on competition.Business Case:Collaborate with product marketing to identify necessary business cases.Utilize product marketing guidance to craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience.Coordinate the creation and rally all stakeholders needed to achieve the project.Collaborate on the roll-out campaign of the business case.Blog management:Identify topics worthy and decide the type of format needed (long form, short form, etc. )Collaborate with copywriters for the preparation and implementation of blog content.Translation Coordination:Coordinate translation efforts for marketing, product and sales as needed.Ensure translated content maintains consistency and accuracy with the original messaging.SEO Content ReviewReview and optimize content for SEO purposes.Stay updated on SEO best practices and trends to enhance content performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, and/or content creation.Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media management, and content creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The capacity to work in French is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in SEO principles and practices is a plus.Additional InformationHow We Take Care of You
