Business Administration Supervisor

About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the effective operation of the Schools provision to its students, including all procedures, assessments and administration processes. You will take the lead on complex or unusual queries ensuring that students are treated fairly and in accordance with regulations. Working with senior academics and the Business Administration Manager, you will ensure that we are able to deliver new courses and ensure the continued success of existing ones. The work you do will contribute and support the School’s overall strategic plan. 
About you
With experience in a similar role, you will have substantial experience as a Senior Administrator in a digital learning and teaching environment. Experience of working with administration systems is key, alongside the motivation to provide the very best possible service to our students and staff. 
 
You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to give and receive information using a variety of methods, using tact and discretion where required. As a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, you will understand the importance of meeting customer needs and providing a high-quality service.
