Title: Business Analyst – Senior
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Remote)
Duration: 12 MonthsProof of the certification is Needed:

• Master’s degree in communications.
• Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management certification.
• PRINCE2 Foundations certification. Proof of the certification.
• ITIL 4 certification.
• Scrum fundamentals certification.
• SAFe6 Agilist certification.

Skill and Experience:

• 15 years’ experience leading large-scale technology implementation, business transformation, system upgrade projects. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 15 years.
• 3 years’ experience in policy development in public or private sector environments. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.
• 8 years’ experience in designing and documenting business processes, including current state analysis and future state recommendations. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 8 years.
• 8 years’ experience managing stakeholder engagement, including frontline staff and C-suite executives. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 8 years.
• 5 years’ experience leading change management activities in complex projects, including readiness assessments, development of change strategies, coaching leadership and managing resistance. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
