Position is responsible to maintain data extraction processes, data transformation and reporting development of various programs in RBBO. In addition, position is responsible to generate ad-hoc reports and analytics as well as executive reportsIs this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Assist to analyze, create, and maintain Power BI reports.
- Create guides and documentation about the different data sources and metrics.
- Investigate discrepancies and reconcile source data using SQL.
- Assist to develop new, insightful reporting (Monthly and ad-hoc reports) and maintain existing reporting process in Power BI.
- Develop and enhance visual dashboards to assist with ongoing assessment and development of continuous tracking for operational groups.
- Provide support on existing tools and manual processes.
- Prepare detailed documentation to outline data sources, tools, and results.
- Work collaboratively with both the team and senior management on larger projects.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests as required.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- University degree or equivalent, preferably with emphasis on statistics, business, computer science and/or mathematical curriculum
- < 1 years working experience.
- Familiarity with advanced Excel functionality, and software languages such as SQL, C#, VBA, and/or Python
- Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, and Power BI or Tableau would be nice to have.
- Experience with agile project management and risk prioritization would be nice to have.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and analytical skills related to business operational needs.
- Uses an analytical approach to problem solving, with a focus on managing a global team environment.
- Exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances.
