This Business Analyst position is technical, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions and involved with projects from inception through implementation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying technical solutions, and bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and IT departments to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of retail systems.Our team is fast-paced and taking on exciting new initiatives to support a fast-growing business. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 – $132,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
