Business Analyst SAP R2R in Houston, Texas

Description We are in the market for a Business Analyst SAP R2R to join our team in Houston, Texas. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the technology for the R2R value stream. You will work in tandem with leaders and stakeholders across the company, focusing on establishing key efficiency metrics that drive business outcomes. This position will also involve successfully executing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the transformation within R2R, championing innovation and ensuring successful outcomes.

• Provide support to end-to-end processes and global transformation initiatives for R2R, aligning with business objectives.

• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, supplying relevant information that aids decision-making at the leadership level.

• Define comprehensive end-to-end technical process requirements.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for the processes within R2R.

• Oversee process governance within R2R, guaranteeing effective transformation management and ongoing performance monitoring.

• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across processes and systems.

• Support the roll-out and adoption of implemented initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and buy-in from all relevant parties.

• Display subject matter expertise on SAP driven solutions for business requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments for reporting and analytics needs.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of US GAAP accounting requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in SAP FICO and FICO Functional modules, with a demonstrated ability to use these tools effectively in a business setting

• Experience with SAP SD Sales & Distribution, with the ability to optimize this module for business needs

• Familiarity with SAP MM – Materials Management, and the ability to use this module to streamline business processes

• Knowledge of SAP PP – Production Planning, and the capacity to use this module to enhance production efficiency

• Business analysis skills, with the ability to understand and translate business needs into SAP solutions

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing effective solutions to business challenges

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
