The Job description is:Primary skills:Mandatory experience in Canadian BankingMandatory Wealth Management backgroundWell-rounded Senior BSA , 7+ years of mandatory experience with strong leadership, worked on complex system interactions and multiple cross-functional systemsExperience in Oracle/SQL is mandatoryLead analysis phases to identify, track, escalate and/or resolve business systems issues in an Agile environmentAct as the liaison between the technology teams and support teams for product deliveryExcellent communication, negotiation, facilitation; strong stakeholder management skillsStrong process-orientation; is able to see the connections and integrations between different processes and also the bigger picture of how it all fits togetherTechnically savvy; able to elaborate the requirements/story points with technical team effectively and contribute in solutioningPerform impact analysis to identify impact to existing applications/ServicesManage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate partiesExperience in Incident Management and RCAExperience in JIRA or Confluence Tool usageExperience using Github maintaining repos.Understanding of SOA (service oriented architecture)Secondary Skills:Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary teamExcellent leadership skills, ability to take initiative and work independentlyStrong collaboration with business and operations stakeholders, plus system SMEsExperience in Temenos product will be added advantage
