Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Architect to support one of our Oil and Gas clients. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the IT department and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives. This role is located hybrid onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Houston.

Skills and Requirements

-10+ years of experience in business architecture, business relationship management, or similar, with a strong

-Experience in Oil and Gas

understanding of both business processes and IT systems.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

-Proven excellence in building rapport and influencing decision-making at all levels of the organization.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

-Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. – Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CBAP, BRPM) are highly desirable. null
