ROLE: BUSINESS & COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP CO-ORDINATOR

SALARY: £30,095 – £35,889 per annum + up to 10% bonus

CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting an engaging Business & Community Partnership Co-ordinator to drive forward opportunities for TU London through effective relationships with a number of employers and community organisations across the region.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A proactive individual who is a natural relationship builder and can develop and maintain effective relationships with a number of employers and community organisations across the region to promote the TU London offer. In this role you will be a key point of contact for businesses and community organisations (such as local authorities, charities, and community groups). 

Your responsibilities will include building relationships with employers in key sectors, developing an understanding of their requirements and providing activities/engagements to support these. You will work with the Head of Partnerships & Business Development to develop an employer partnership model, with particular focus on key partners and identification of new target partners. In this role you will work closely with colleagues to deliver events and facilitate links between employers, community groups and schools and colleges.

You will have knowledge and experience of working in a business-to-business environment and knowledge or experience of higher education. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of working in a role where you have built effective partnerships with key stakeholders.

Your skills and expertise will include the ability to communicate and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, and to be able to adapt communication style appropriately. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive presentations and activities. Excellent organisational, time management skills and flexibility are essential for this role.
