Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver & Saskatchewan.Our company is growing rapidly and is looking for Business Development Associates for multiple locations, who will maximize business growth through acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones across various channels.The Business Development Associate will be working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and will be responsible for bringing on new clients and employers seeking Immigration Consultancy and Foreign Worker Placement Services. The BDA will effectively sell to the customer’s requirements through the use of rapport building, probing for needs, and recommending a complete package of multiple lines of service, rate plans, features, and add-ons. The BDA will be responsible for growing the business in the territory by creating ongoing, positive relationships with customers.RequirementsJob Duties :· Promote services & enable sales closures· Market research for lead generation· Timely follow through with all lead· Maintain account records & detailed reporting· Develop marketing plan for assigned territory· Positive and productive contributor to sales goals· Meet/Exceed performance targets· Contract Negotiations & Invoice generationJob Skills :· Exceptional oral & written English Language skills· Excellent problem-solving skills· Bi-lingual / multi-lingual skills – highly desired· Experience & knowledge of social media platform· 1-2 years’ experience in Sales/Customer Service· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)· Strong interpersonal & presentation skills· Strong negotiation skills· Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for fieldwork· Accountability & Dependability· University Degree – preferable· Demonstrated analytical and organizational skillsBenefits· Competitive Base Salary· Attractive Monthly Sales Commission structure based on monthly sales achievement· Employee Health Insurance Plan & RRSP
