Business Development Manager – BiotechnologyCompany snapshot:

The role:

• Generate new business
• Target new opportunities within healthcare for additional revenue streams
• Engage distributors to drive a consistent pipeline of new revenue
• Conducting product demonstrations to customers and highlight the value offering of the product
• Represent the company at UK and International events and meetings

About you:

• BSc/MSc/PhD in a life sciences field i.e Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Genetics etc
• 3+ years medical sales closing experience, preferable within the NHS
• Consultative approach to sales, with experience dealing with longer sales cycles
• Willing to travel internationally for meetings/demo’s 2-3 times per month

The package:

• Basic to £50,000 | OTE likely £80,000+
• Remote working with international travel

£60000 per year
