Manager of Business Development and Marketing | 5+ Years | VancouverOur client, a top-notch Vancouver law firm with a strong reputation, is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the firm’s Practice Group Leaders to develop firm-aligned and integrated annual Business Development and marketing strategies, plans, and tactics for each practice group; create and drive an innovative approach to marketing and business development (BD), with continuous improvement in systems, processes, standards, and service; and manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders including the firm’s top clients and referral sources.As the ideal candidate for this position, you have successfully completed a post-secondary graduate with a focus on business development and/or marketing and have a minimum of 5 years working in a professional environment and at least 2 year leading and managing a team. You have a design eye and experience in brand development and a creative approach to marketing and business development. Additionally, you will have demonstrated strength in interacting and communicating with colleagues at all levels, both within and outside the firm.
