The Role:

 

The Business Development Officer – Proposal Writing will provide support to the country programme team and support teams to a) track funding opportunities, develop proposals, and secure funds b) ensure compliance with the business development process of Oxfam and ensure quality proposal development c) work closely with thematic heads to develop proposal and draft budgets.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be/have:

 

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in business development & proposal writing in reputed international or national NGOs.
  • Minimum graduation in relevant disciplines.
  • Proven experience in writing grant or research proposals.
  • Strong business intelligence and networking skills.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning skills in aligning with proposal writing.
